It is so easy to get caught up with what you didn't do so great, and all the things that didn't fall into place...but 365 days can hold a lot of ups and downs! So reflecting puts it all in perspective. It helps us to remember that we may have bad days, but not a bad life! I am challenging you to STOP and REFLECT! You can do so by 1. answer the following questions...either write it or type it in your phone 2. share it with a friend and discuss the good, the bad and the ugly 3. set goals for what you want next year!
1. What were the most significant events of the year past? List the top three.
2. What did I do right? What do I feel especially good about? What was my greatest contribution?
3. The best thing I did for myself was....

8. What were my biggest challenges/roadblocks/difficulties?
